ABOUT
Salsa Festival Prague is an international celebration of Cuban salsa, born in Prague and created to connect dancers from around the world through music, culture and dance.
Founded by Cuban dancer, choreographer and teacher Hanser Estenoz, the festival was created with a clear vision: to bring the authentic energy and spirit of Cuban salsa to the heart of Europe while building a welcoming international community.
The first edition in August 2026 exceeded all expectations, welcoming nearly 500 dancers from 40+ countries for three unforgettable days of workshops, social dancing, shows, live music and parties.
From world-renowned artists and international DJs to the incredible energy on the dance floor, Salsa Festival Prague quickly became much more than a new festival. It became a meeting point for the international Cuban salsa community.
Everything happens under one roof at Hotel Olympik Congress, creating a unique all-in-one experience where participants can learn, dance, connect and enjoy the festival together from day to night.
At the heart of Salsa Festival Prague is something simple: connection. Different countries, languages and cultures coming together through the same passion for salsa.

Our mission
Our mission is to establish the Czech Republic as a recognized destination on the international salsa scene and to create a festival that truly represents the energy and spirit of Cuban salsa.
Salsa Festival Prague was created to bring dancers from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds together through music, movement, and shared experiences. We believe the best festivals are not only about workshops and performances, but about the atmosphere, the people you meet, and the memories created on and off the dance floor.
Through world-class artists, social dancing until morning, and an international community atmosphere, our goal is to build an event that dancers will want to return to every year.
Right in the heart of Europe, we are creating a space where passion for salsa becomes connection, friendship, and unforgettable moments.
VENUE
The Salsa Festival Prague 2027 will take place in the beautiful city of Prague, one of Europe’s most vibrant and historic capitals.
Our venue, Hotel Olympik Congress, offers everything in one place — spacious dance halls, high-quality sound systems, comfortable accommodation, and elegant social spaces designed to make your festival experience smooth and enjoyable.
Accommodation is available directly at the festival venue from approximately 2500 CZK per night including breakfast, allowing you to stay right where all workshops, socials, and shows happen.
The hotel is located just a few minutes from Prague city center and is easily accessible by metro, tram, and bus. Parking is also available directly at the hotel.
During the festival, lunch and dinner buffet options will be available directly at the venue from 550 CZK per person, so you can fully enjoy the festival atmosphere without needing to leave the location.
